RFID Wristbands

First, let’s start with the basics. Wristbands will be mailed to the purchaser’s address 3-6 weeks prior to the festival. These wristbands are RFID, so it’s crucial not to lose them. Additionally, please do not put the wristband on until the festival. They cannot be removed without cutting them off, and replacement wristbands will be available for $50 at the festival if you need one.

Now, onto the registration process. To register your wristband, you can find your wristband’s main site and registration number on the underside of the wristband. This number is unique to your wristband and is essential for accessing the festival grounds. Make sure to keep your wristband and registration number safe throughout the festival to avoid any complications.

As you prepare for the festival, it’s essential to know what you can and cannot bring into the show area. Standard-sized purses, bags, and backpacks are allowed, but they must be clear and subject to search by security staff. You can bring blankets, towels, cameras, binoculars, and folding chairs, but only camp-style folding chairs are allowed. Metal chairs are not permitted, and there will be signs designating where chairs are allowed.

On the other hand, outside food and drinks are not allowed at the festival grounds. Professional audio or video recording equipment, professional cameras, any camera accessories, tripods, monopods, detachable lenses, or other commercial equipment, drones, camping equipment or umbrellas, coolers of any kind, firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.), and illegal and illicit substances of any kind are strictly prohibited.

The Caveman Music Festival is an event geared towards adults, but all ages are welcome with a paid wristband. Dogs are not allowed in the show area, but they are allowed at campsites and the resort area on a leash, except for service dogs. Credit cards will be accepted at the festival, and ATMs will be available on-site. Food and drinks will be available in the show area, and bars and food vendors will be present.

If you’re wondering if you can bring your bag into the show, the Caveman Music Festival has implemented a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into sporting events. The following style and size bags, packages, or containers will be allowed at the gates of the festival:

Bags that are clear, plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12 x 6 x 12.

One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (like a Ziploc)

Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, may be taken into the venue (can’t be larger than 4.5 x 6.5)

An exception will be made for medically necessary supplies in a bag appropriate to the size of the medical supplies.
