Caveman Music Festival 2025 - VENDOR SPACE

Hey there, Caveman Vendor!

You’ve been officially approved to vend at Caveman Music Festival 2025 — and we can’t wait to welcome you to Monument Lake Resort this Labor Day Weekend (August 28–31, 2025).

To lock in your booth space, please complete both of the steps below as soon as possible:


STEP 1: Purchase Your Vendor Booth

Choose your booth size and complete your payment using the secure link below:

Choose from the following options below and purchase your space.

*NOTE: vendors must provide their own power/generators

Booth Options:

  • 10x10 Booth – $500

  • 10x20 Booth – $750

  • Oversized Booth (20x30) – $1000


STEP 2: Sign & Return Your Vendor Contract

1. Download: Vendor Contract PDF – 2025 

2. *Please sign the contract (you may digitally sign or print/sign) and email the completed copy to: info@cavemanmusicfestival.com

3. *Please include links to your social media accounts, link to any images or videos we can use to help promote you to guests as well as your logo.

Deadline to complete both steps: July 15, 2025
Booths are not finalized until your payment and contract are both received.


Need Lodging?

Call the Resort at 719-680-0580 or email us if you would like to reserve a primitive RV or camping site at the resort. Space is limited and assigned in advance. If you would rather have a cabin, vacation rental or room -- check out our nearby lodging guide to find the perfect spot.
