Q: What’s included in a Caveman Music Festival pass?
Your pass gets you access to all four days of live music, lake activities, nature experiences, and on-site amenities. VIP passes include premium viewing areas, exclusive bars, and concierge perks.
*Lodging is not included with purchase of a pass.
Q: Can I buy a single-day pass?
Absolutely. Single-day GA and VIP passes are available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Q: Are passes refundable or transferable?
All sales are final—passes and lodging are non-refundable and non-transferable. But we’ve built in options for payment plans and upgrades to support flexibility.
Q: Are children allowed?
Yes! Caveman is all-ages.

Arrival, Check-In & Security
Q: When do I arrive and how does check-in work?
All credentials, writstbands and parking passes will be picked up AT CHECK-IN starting at 8am Thursday morning.
NOTE: Stay tuned for emails and text notifications with detailed check-in instructions, packing tips and Road to Caveman guide (coming to you in August as the festival nears).
Q: Can I come in early and stay Wednesday night on-site?
ONLY if you are a VIP Early Bird with a VIP Package reserved.
VIP early birds who booked on-site lodging package (cabin, lodge room, rv) do have the option to arrive Wednesday starting at 12pm.
Early Birds may add early arrival to your reservation by clicking on your stay below and adding an additional night.
Q: Can I bring my bag, purse or backpack into the festival grounds?
We follow a clear bag policy for faster entry and safety. Allowed bags include:
- Clear bags (max size 12” x 6” x 12”)
- 1-gallon clear freezer bags
- Small clutches (max 4.5” x 6.5”)
- Medically necessary items in appropriately sized bags
Q: What can I bring into the festival grounds and what is not allowed?
What can I bring into the show area?
✅ Clear bag, towel, blanket, small camera, binoculars
✅ Camp-style folding chairs (only in designated areas)
What’s NOT allowed in the show area?
🚫 Outside food/drinks
🚫 Coolers, tents, umbrellas, or canopies
🚫 All metal chairs
🚫 Drones or professional camera gear
🚫 Firearms, weapons, fireworks, illegal substances
🚫 Unlicensed vendors or promotional materials
Q: If I'm staying off-site, will there be designated parking for me near the festival grounds?
Yes, there will be free parking for Festival Pass holders staying off-site. You will be directed and guided to your parking spot by festival check-in guides upon arrival.
*WE RECOMMEND CARPOOLING WITH OTHER IN YOUR OFF-SITE LODGING GROUP OR ASKING YOUR OFF-SITE LODGING HOST FOR SHUTTLE/RIDE SHARE OPTIONS.
Q: Where can I find the info booth and Lost & Found?
At the front gate. If you lose something, head there first.
Q: Who do I contact in an emergency?
Medical staff and security will be onsite at all times. Reach out to any staff member for help.

Q: Will food and drinks be available inside the festival grounds?
Yes! There’ll be food trucks, local vendors, and bars available throughout the weekend.
Q: Will credit cards be accepted?
Yes, all vendors will accept cash and cards. ATMs will also be on-site.

Q: Will there be water available for attendees?
Yes, we will have FREE WATER for all attendees at designated stations on the festival grounds.

Q: What are the nearby ldoging options?

Q: How many people can stay at each campsite?
Each camp site accommodates 1–4 people, with a maximum of 2 tents per site.
Q: Does everyone staying onsite need a Festival Pass?
YES - EACH PERSON staying at your site must have a valid festival wristband for the entire length of your site reservation in order to stay overnight on the Caveman grounds (4- Day GA or VIP or Single Day/Night)

Q: How many cars can I park at my campsite?
We only allow 1 vehicle PER CAMPSITE. Additional vehicles may be parked our overflow guest lots or as directed by festival check-in guides.
Q: Can I buy a single-day pass and pitch my tent for the night?
Absolutely. Single-day GA passes are available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. -> SINGLE DAY PASSES HERE
Single-Night Primitive Tent sites are available HERE. (limited quantity, must clear site by 10am the following day)

Q: How do showers, bathrooms, and water stations work?
We have mobile showers, clean portable toilets, and free water stations throughout the site. Glamping and cabins have closer access to amenities.
