The festival will also feature performances by Hardy, Lainey Wilson, Hot Country Knights, and Travis Denning. 

Along with Dierks Bentley, other country artists on the lineup for the Seven Peaks Music Festival include Randy Houser, Kip Moore, Old Crow Medicine Show, Molly Tuttle, and Hot Country Knights. There will also be performances by Kip Moore, Ray Fulcher, Reyna Roberts, and Payton Smith. As for the headliner, Dierks Bentley has teamed up with Brothers Osborne to perform “Lighten Up” at the 2021 CMT Music Awards.
