What is the Biggest Music Festival in the US?

If you’re a big fan of live music, you’re probably wondering, “What’s the biggest music festival in the US?” This article will discuss Coachella, Lollapalooza, Stagecoach, and Summerfest, which are all great, but which is the best? If you have never attended one of these festivals, here’s a quick list. Then decide which one’s for you.

Lollapalooza

For three days, the Chicago area is buzzing with the sounds of live music. Lollapalooza is the largest music festival in the United States, attracting a remarkably diverse crowd of newbies, longtime fans, and festival veterans. For those who are new to this music festival, here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your visit:

Coachella

In recent years, the biggest music festival in the United States has become infamous for its celebrity sightings. Not only do paparazzi and street style photographers want to get a shot at the festival, but celebrities are also invited to the event. Fans hope to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars. Celebrities spotted at the festival this year include Charlie Sheen, Nina Dobrev, Noah Cyrus, Kate Bosworth, Paris Hilton, Emily Ratajkowski, Billie Lourd, Winnie Harlow, and Emily Ratajkowski.

Stagecoach

For those who have not heard of Stagecoach, it is a music festival in California that dates back to 2007. The event is hosted by Goldenvoice, and its president, Paul Tollett, founded it. The event was first held in 2007 and featured a poster that featured female artists such as Taylor Swift, Tricia Yearwood, and Willie Nelson. It also featured The Judds, but unfortunately, Naomi Judd passed away before the festival. In 2008, Carrie Underwood made her Stagecoach debut, performing more than in any of her previous three appearances.

Summerfest

Held annually in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the annual Summerfest has more than one million attendees. Held on a 75-acre site, the festival includes fireworks, boat rides on Lake Michigan, a parade, a funfair, and family-friendly activities. The festival has a COVID-19 restriction, but organizers have recently relaxed it and are now allowing people of all ages to attend.

Electric Forest

If you’re a fan of electronic dance music, you’ve probably heard of Electric Forest and the Electric Daisy Carnival. While these festivals are quite different in style and format, they do have similar purposes and a minimum age requirement. The Electric Forest Festival is held in Rothbury, Michigan every year, and it draws between thirty and fifty thousand attendees. The festival has a liberal political agenda and promotes the legalization of marijuana. Most of the festival-goers come from the upper-middle class of the United States, but the musical offerings tend to be similar to other festivals.
