Entertainment lineup

The Caveman Music Festival was founded in 2013 by Brett McGraw, Parker Morrow, and Red Shahan. The objective of the festival is to feature talented Americana artists in a setting that’s both beautiful and unique. The festival takes place at the Monument Lake Resort in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and the organizers have decades of experience producing live music events. If you’re interested in attending, check out the entertainment lineup below.

Paddleboards

If you love the outdoors, you’ll want to try paddle boards at the Caveman Music Festival. The festival is on Monument Lake, so you can explore the area by boat. During the festival, you can rent kayaks, canoes, or private pontoons. Camping is available at the festival’s lodge hotel or in nearby cabins. The organizers are Red Shahan, Brett McGraw, and Parker Morrow. The event’s goal is to bring the community together through music and outdoor activities, and it’s one way to do so.

Canoes

Bring your canoes to the Caveman Music Festival in July, and enjoy the fun! The water from the crowd will keep the canoes filled for the duration of the festival. You can also take the opportunity to get a unique view of the festival while paddling. Float down the cool, clear rivers with the crowd! The festival has something for everyone, so bring your canoe or kayak!

Beth Whitney

There is no better way to celebrate her birthday than to see her live and in person at The Gorge on Saturday, July 8. As the only singer-songwriter in the area, Whitney is passionate and deeply moving. Her music is passionate, too, with poetry that makes her fans feel everything. She tries to convey her feelings through her lyrics in a way that seems effortless. Her performance will take place on the Stage B Amphitheater, before the main act, The Lumineers. She’ll take the stage at 1:30 pm. There will be food, wine, and Cave B wines available for purchase.
