While the Harry Potter series focuses on boys, women can also find their place in this popular fantasy series. For example, in the Order of the Phoenix series, the female character Nymphadora Tonks is an elite Auror who doesn’t need a man to achieve her goals. In this way, the Harry Potter series is a feminist text as well.
